It is a quiet suburb of Kos island, and is surrounded by other villas. The villa is only 2 km from Kos town, the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, Kos Marina Yachts, and all facilities of Kos town.

Melia Villa Kos offers a spacious villa with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. This large residence can accommodate up to 11 visitors, enabling big families and friends to holiday together.

  • Main villa: 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms - up to 9 visitors. In the ground floor, a large sitting area and a lounge with fireplace, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower, lots of terraces and an infinitive pool & jacuzzi. In the upper level (just few steps), 3 large size bedrooms fully furnished & 2 bathrooms with shower. In the first floor, a large size bedroom, an office-desk, a small fridge, a balcony & a bathroom with shower.
  • Α seperate appartment - up to 11 visitors. In the lower level, a second open-plan living room & kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a fully furnished bedroom and patio doors leading to a bright countryard garden. This seperate apartment can be accessed from the living area on the groung floor or via indepedent access, making it ideal for teenagers coming back late at night.

The heated pool service operates from 1st April until 15th of June and from 15th of September until 15th of November, each year.
